Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
At AwareCampus, privacy is part of how the platform is designed. It is not an afterthought.
We collect only the information needed to provide your learning experience. We never collect information about your personal health or medical history, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account information
- Name
- Email address
- College or institution
We use this to create your account, verify your institution, and issue certificates after course completion.
Learning information
- Course progress
- Assessment scores
- Certificate status
This helps you continue where you left off and allows institutions to measure programme completion in aggregate.
Optional profile information
- Department
- Year of study
- Preferred language
Providing this information is optional. If shared, it is used only for aggregated reporting and to improve your learning experience.
What we never collect
AwareCampus does not ask for or store:

- Sexual history
- Contact lists
- Photos
- Live location
Your health information belongs to you, not to us.
Anonymous questions
Privacy is especially important when asking sensitive questions. Questions submitted through our anonymous feature are stored separately from your learning account.
That means:
- Your question is not linked to your name.
- Your account is not linked to your question.
- There is no shared identifier that connects the two.
This separation is intentional and forms part of AwareCampus privacy-first design.
Learning identity
- Name and email
- Module progress
- Quiz scores
- Certificate status
Question record
- Question text only
- No name attached
